Procedures

PROCESS

1. Contact Megan Martin, Assistant Principal, to arrange a tour of our school - mmartin@sevenpeaksschool.org or call 541-382-7755.

2. Complete and submit an application and a $50 non-refundable application fee. Applications can be downloaded from our website or picked up at the school office.

3. Prospective students visit the school and have an opportunity to sit in on classes. (For out-of-state applicants this may not be an option and is not a requirement.)

4. During open enrollment and when seats become available, applicants complete the process by submitting a current transcript, a teacher recommendation and a student questionnaire. Prospective students will then be added to the applicant pool for the appropriate grade level.

5. Families will be notified of their child's admission in April.

ENTRY POINTS

Elementary School - Seven Peaks hosts only one class per grade at the elementary level. Initial entry will be based on a lottery of the approved applicants. Once a student enters the elementary school, he or she will automatically matriculate to the next grade level at Seven Peaks. Additional openings at the elementary level will be due to attrition, or the addition of two seats per grade in 3rd and 4th grades. Open seats in any class will be filled through a lottery of the remaining applicant pool.

Middle School - There are two classes per grade level with 25 students per class in middle school. In grade 6, Seven Peaks can accommodate a minimum of 28 new students to the school. Openings will be filled through a lottery of the applicant pool. Any openings in 7th and 8th grade will be filled in the same manner.
