Tuition & Financial Aid
Tuition rates for the 2012-2013 school year have been set based on enrollment projections and after carefully reviewing the current and future school budget. There is typically a modest tuition raise each year due to annual increases in staff salaries and health insurance premiums.
2012-2013 TUITION RATES AND FEES:
Junior K through 8th Grade – $7,950.00
Tuition payments will be $883.33 per month for nine months after the initial $600 payment at enrollment. (First tuition payment will include the full activity fee).
ACTIVITY FEES:
K-3rd Grade – $150
4th/5th Grade – $300
6th/7th Grade – $400
8th Grade – $500
2012-2013 PAYMENT PLANS:
- Nine monthly payments after $600 payment at enrollment
- One-time credit card payment by June 1st
- Cash payment in full by June 1st (will receive a 1% discount on tuition)
TUITION INSURANCE:
We provided a tuition insurance plan for all families for the 2012-2013 school year, at no additional cost. This insurance reimburses the school for most or all of the outstanding tuition if a student withdraws during the school year for medical, financial, academic or even personal reasons.
FINANCIAL AID:
We offer financial aid for 1st through 8th grades to make a Seven Peaks’ education available to students across the economic spectrum. The amount of aid (up to 50% of tuition) is based on an analysis provided by School & Student Services for Financial Aid (SSS) which takes into account the family’s income, expenses, assets and liabilities. The school then receives an objective assessment of a family’s financial need.
Parents must complete the financial aid application online through the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) School and Student Services (SSS). Visit www.sss.nais.org and enter school code 4113.
Our Admissions Coordinator will make financial aid recommendations to the Board. All parties act in the strictest confidence and no personal information is shared. Evaluations are made without the knowledge of the individual families or students under consideration. The Admissions Coordinator is the only person who reviews information regarding identifiable applications.
Admissions decisions are made in March and financial aid awards are issued after this. Enrollment is non-binding if the financial aid award is not accepted and the applicant’s seat will then be made available to another student. Please contact Tracy Jenson, Admissions Coordinator at (541) 382-7755 ex. 103 or via email at tjenson@sevenpeaksschool.org for more information.
